Neomec designs and manufactures automated systems and machinery for the following sectors:
- Automation and Palletization – custom handling and logistics systems, including anthropomorphic robots;
- Flatbed Automation – positioning, pick & place, storage/removal, tipping;
- Finishing – automatic sprayers with pattern recognition for paints, glues, dyes, and liquids;
- Finishing Automation – rack loading/unloading for even delicate and heavy components, eliminating the need for manual storage of parts with wet paint.
The solutions are designed for multiple supply chains, such as wood, furniture (especially doors, panels, profiles, beams), glass, plastic, and metal, to meet handling, palletizing, and finishing needs in various production contexts.
Yes. The handling and logistics systems are fully automated and customizable, even with anthropomorphic robots, and include functions such as pick & place, positioning, and storage/retrieval to adapt to existing production flows.
