Our portfolio includes solutions for handling, transport, tipping, and loading/unloading. Our machinery includes transfer lines, steel/aluminum conveyors, panel return systems for single-sided machines (air curtain tables with pushers, return belts, idlers or rollers/belts), as well as positioning and sorting units between stations.
All systems are custom-designed and can be integrated with upstream and downstream processes (painting, gluing, CNC) and are connected using Industry 4.0 technology for monitoring and diagnostics.

To determine which machine model is best for your needs, the best way is to request a quote from Neomec experts. They will guide you through the process, based on a detailed technical analysis of three key factors: the type of machining operation, the size of the workpiece, and the material composition.

Certainly. We integrate anthropomorphic robots from various manufacturers with customized mechanics and software, and dedicated grippers. When the usable area needs to be expanded, we install the robot on a dedicated axis for horizontal translation.

In sites with limited height, we adopt a pantograph frame that eliminates vertical columns while maintaining the performance of overhead cranes. For intralogistics, we integrate automated overhead crane warehouses (SPRINT STORE) to feed panel saws or nesting machines.
The management system is completed by tilters (belts/forks/barrels/suction cups) and rotators for damage-free orientation changes, thus maintaining flow and safety even in complex layouts.
