Our range covers every loading requirement: bridge/overhead crane handlers for small, medium, medium-high, and high payloads.
The solutions offered are modular, can be integrated with line accessories, and configured for complex layouts, ensuring workpiece stability, positioning precision, and production flow continuity even under space constraints.

Neomec handlers and automation systems can be equipped with boxes, suction cups, mixed systems (boxes + suction cups), and mechanical grippers.
The choice depends on the surface area, weight, and format (panels, bundles, profiles) and reduces marks, slippage, and micro-stops, improving loading/unloading quality and repeatability.

Yes. We integrate anthropomorphic robots from various manufacturers, with customized mechanics/software and the option of a dedicated axis to extend the usable area and reduce cycle times.
For infeed or buffering, we use SPRINT STORE automated warehouses with an overhead crane structure for panel saws/nesting machines, to synchronize loading/unloading and create intelligent buffers between processes.

We have belt, fork, barrel, and suction cup tipper systems (the latter can also be used as a loader/unloader with a hydraulic platform), as well as panel rotators for 90° rotations.
We use de-stackers for stack preparation. If the height does not allow for vertical columns, we use pantograph frames or overhead bridge structures, applicable to the entire range.
