This category includes systems that convey parts to the painting/spraying facility and, once the cycle is complete, transfer them to racks or storage in a synchronized manner with the line. The goal is to reduce manual handling, downtime, and risks on fresh surfaces by integrating handling, spraying, and gluing into a single flow.

The flow is structured into three phases:
Input/preparation – the part is separated from the stack if necessary, brushed and dusted, then referenced and spaced to ensure proper presentation for spraying.
Painting feed – transfer to the booth/robot occurs with gripping devices configured for the material (suction cups, boxes, grippers), synchronized with PLCs and size recognition systems to maintain a constant cadence, orientation, and speed.
Output/fresh part management – at the end of the cycle, the part is handled using low-contact solutions (covered belts) to avoid marks and damage, then sent to racks or warehouses for accumulation. The entire process is integrated with traceability, safety interlocks, diagnostics, and the possibility of remote assistance.

Neomec automation systems load the painted part onto the appropriate trolley, minimizing contact between the operator and the component.
In addition, the choice of gripping device (boxes, suction cups, mixed systems, grippers) is calibrated based on the material and finish to maximize stability and surface quality.

Yes. We integrate articulated robots from various manufacturers with customized mechanics/software; when the usable area needs to be extended, the robot can operate on a dedicated axis. Cells can include stack feeders/rotators for managing stacks and customized solutions for layout or plant height constraints.
