We use single- and double-arm oscillating sprayers with paper or film cleaning belts, ideal for high speeds and uniform coverage, and a Cartesian robot for painting panels, doors, or parts on a base board, with automatic shape acquisition for precise and repeatable trajectories.
The machines handle panels, doors, and profiles; for profiles, dedicated series with 2–4 tanks and options for UV coatings are available, to meet the needs of primers, stains, and fast-curing finishes.
The configuration adapts to different formats and thicknesses while maintaining quality and productivity.
The process includes mechanical preparation with brushing machines for surfaces, edges, and profiles (LAPPY LINE/PANEL/EDGE series) and dusting to remove residue and dust.
This improves paint adhesion, reduces finishing defects, and stabilizes process parameters between batches and different materials.
For single-sided machines, we use low-contact panel return systems (air curtain table with pusher, return conveyor, idle wheel section, or rollers/belts) and gripping devices calibrated to the material (boxes, suction cups, grippers).
Everything is integrated with diagnostics and monitoring based on Industry 4.0 logic.
