Glass

We design automated lines for handling, picking, and loading/unloading glass sheets and profiles, including spraying/gluing processes and Industry 4.0 data integration. We use oscillating sprayers and Cartesian robots with shape acquisition, automated warehouses, and loaders/unloaders for even large sizes.

We design custom lines that combine handling, positioning, picking, and loading/unloading with spraying/gluing processes.
Depending on the layout, we evaluate oscillating sprayers and Cartesian robots with automatic shape acquisition, ensuring stable and repeatable trajectories on flat surfaces and profiles.
The goal is to reduce operator handling, reduce downtime, and prevent any impact on the glass.

The choice of gripping device depends on the surface area, weight, and format: suction cups are preferred for sheets.
Adopting the correct system limits marks, slippage, and risks for the operator, ensuring stability during movement and storage.

Yes. We integrate anthropomorphic robots from various manufacturers with customized mechanics and software, as well as dedicated gripping hands for sheets and profiles.
When the usable area needs to be expanded, the robot can operate on a dedicated translation axis. This extends the range of action, reduces transit times between stations, and improves synchronization with conveyors and finishing phases.

Our cells can communicate with automated “bridge” warehouses to feed upstream and downstream processes and create buffers between phases.
Additionally, rotation and tilting modules are available to manage orientation changes along the line, maintaining flow continuity and piece safety until reaching the rack or accumulation area.
