We design custom lines with bridge/overhead crane handlers sized for small, medium, medium-high, and high payloads, as well as conveyors and transfer units between stations.
The structures accommodate complex layouts, ensuring precise positioning, continuous flow, and integration with CNC loading/unloading and upstream/downstream processes.

The choice of gripping device is calibrated based on surface area, weight, and format: suction cups, boxes, mixed systems, and mechanical grippers. In combination with suction cup tilters or low-contact solutions (which also function as loaders/unloaders if necessary), marks, slippage, and damage are reduced, maintaining process quality and repeatability.

When the building doesn’t allow for traditional vertical columns, we create a special pantograph frame that eliminates overhead clearance while maintaining the performance of overhead cranes.
This architecture is applicable to the entire range and can be combined with overhead cranes and conveyors to accommodate complex layouts without sacrificing safety and productivity.

Yes. Our solutions include interconnection to the company network and dedicated software to extract data from the machine/PLC: order progress, cycle times, alarms, and process parameters. This enables real-time monitoring, OEE analysis, predictive maintenance, and data exchange with MES/ERP, reducing downtime and optimizing resource utilization.
