Panels

We design cells that combine finishing systems with Cartesian robots and oscillating sprayers for shape acquisition and uniform application on flat surfaces. Flat handling manages feeding, positioning, and return on single-sided machines.

Faq

Absolutely. We use low-contact return systems consisting of an air curtain table with pusher, return belt, and idle wheel section; alternatively, roller/belt tables with belt and wheels.
This allows the fresh part to be moved with minimal contact points, maintaining rhythm and surface quality.

Pretreatment involves brushing the surfaces and edges and rotating dusting to remove residue and dust. Once the edges are already painted, the panels can be removed directly from the stack before loading, reducing handling and defects.

Of course. We offer a wide range of gripping devices, such as gripping boxes, suction cups, mixed systems (boxes + suction cups), and mechanical grippers. The choice depends on the surface, porosity, weight, and format.
The correct combination limits marks and slippage, ensures stability during movement, and standardizes cycle times.

The cells communicate with automated “bridge” warehouses to feed panel beam saws or nesting machines and create buffers between phases.
Tilters (belts, forks, drums, suction cups) and rotators are available for orientation changes along the line, including loading/unloading functions.
