The lines are custom-designed to handle everything from lightweight pieces to medium-high and heavy loads, thanks to the integration of various types of bridge/overhead crane handlers.
This allows you to handle single or bundled panels, sheets, and profiles of even significant dimensions and weights, while maintaining precision and flow continuity. For profiles, dimensional references are provided: versions for lightweight profiles with a maximum width of 150 or 300 mm and versions for heavy profiles/beams with a maximum width of 200 mm; the 3-axis loaders/unloaders also handle large-format panels and sheets.
Neomec machines can be equipped with boxes, suction cups, mixed systems (boxes + suction cups), or mechanical grippers.
The choice depends on the type of plastic, surface, weight, and format (panels, packs, profiles) and reduces marks, slippage, and micro-stops, improving loading/unloading quality and repeatability.
For profiles, we use dedicated lines with 2/4 tanks and options for UV coatings, ensuring complete coverage of the product and reduced curing times. For panels/sheets, we use oscillating sprayers and Cartesian robots with automatic shape acquisition, for stable and repeatable trajectories.
We use low-contact panel return systems: air curtain tables with pusher, return belt, and idle wheel conveyor; alternatively, roller/belt tables with conveyor and wheels. These solutions reduce marks and damage on fresh surfaces and maintain line throughput.
