Neomec can offer different solutions for cleaning your products. Integrable solutions that vary according to the type of products. All the proposed machines are characterized by the remarkable executive precision and by the possibility of performing functional adjustments according to the dimensions of the workpieces. We can produce customized machines to be integrated into existing lines. On our Lappy model machines there is the possibility of mounting brushes with different technical features. Lappy Edge machine automatically positions, according to the width of the piece the two units on which the brushes are mounted to clean the edges of the piece.

LAPPY EDGE
Automatic brushing machine for panel or door edges
Automatically positions, according to the width of the piece the two units on which the brushes are mounted to clean the edges of the piece.
LAPPY EDGE EVO
Follow-up brushing machine for the four edges of panel or doors.
Ideal for non-stop lines.
Automatically positions the three brush units, based on the measured width and length, to clean all edges of the workpiece without ever stopping it.
LAPPY LINE
Automatic brushing machine for profiles
Equipped with two in-line brushes to clean the upper part of the through profiles.
LAPPY PANEL
Double automatic brushing machine for panels or doors
Built with two brushes that work simultaneously cleaning the two faces (upper and lower) of the passing pieces.
VORTEX
Cleaning unit with rotating blowers for panels, doors or profiles
Equipped with rotating nozzles mounted both above and below which blow on the passing piece removing the dust.
