Panel detacher with mechanical / suction cup detachment
Detacher-Flex is a detacher combining mechanical and suction cup detachment, designed to detach panels with a thickness ranging from 2 to 60mm. This detacher consists of a metal structure complete with a base and 4 columns with bilateral horizontal bars independently self-adjusting in width and height. The bars are self-adjusting in height, with synchronous movement of one of the two horizontal bars. One of the two horizontal bars includes lateral pushers for the top panel of the stack, while the opposite bar includes supports with an inclined surface. The horizontal and vertical position of the bars is controlled by an encoder. A retractable suction cup is included in the detacher, which ensures the detachment of the thinner panels.
