Ergon – Mover for High Performance and Heavy Loads

The design of the ERGON has been studied for maximum power and precision in managing heavy loads. The construction features substantial steel tubular sections, lending the structure an uncompromising solidity. The vertical axis is offered in a robust dual-column version, necessary to withstand high loads. The axes run on recirculating ball guides, ensuring smoothness and precision. The motorizations are made with precision gearboxes and Brushless motors. The ERGON handler is ideally used for the fast movement of large, heavy panels, representing the perfect solution in production lines that require power and speed, such as sizing/cutting lines.

Special application

This image shows an Automatic Pincer Mover on a horizontal beam, designed for the loading, alignment, and stacking of panel packs. The system manages the entire palletization cycle: from the automatic detection of the dimensions and positioning of the base (pallet or base board) , to the arrival and alignment of the panel packs, up to the precise gripping and depositing at height. This highly automated configuration allows the system to compose complete stacks in perfect alignment, which are then transferred while awaiting the roller shuttle on rails. The system optimizes the logistic flow by directly transferring the finished stacks to the strapping line, ensuring continuity and precision in the end-of-line processing.
