Jet Master – Bridge mover with capacity up to 500 Kg

Automatic bridge mover with two controlled axes for handling products – panels, packs, sheets, etc., in particular – in the wood, glass, packaging and other sectors, by using appropriate gripping members with which it may be equipped. Automatic collection and depositing from one or more source stations to one or more target stations, according to the required operating logics. Jet Master is particularly fit to be used on production lines as a loading or unloading device for panels, profiles, packs, etc. It is mainly applied for interlocking squaring, edging, spraying lines, and in general if a quick product handling is requested.

Special application

This image showcases the jet master application for the automatic loading of doors from stacking units. The system features two pick-up stations and two independent groups for door detachment. The loader can perform a 180∘ rotation of the door and, upon stack completion, retrieves and deposits the sacrificial board. Jet master ensures the precise automatic alignment and insertion of the doors into the subsequent CNC machines.

The overall automation also guarantees the automatic measurement of door width and thickness on the loading transfer (tolerance ±1 mm), ensuring accurate preparation for machining. Automatic lubrication guarantees maximum reliability and consistent performance over time.
