Jet Plus – Quick bridge mover up to 15 cycles for minute
Automatic bridge mover with two controlled axes for handling products – panels, packs, sheets, etc., in particular – in the wood, glass, packaging and other sectors, by using appropriate gripping members with which it may be equipped. Automatic collection and depositing from one or more source stations to one or more target stations, according to the required operating logics. Jet Plus is particularly fit to be used on production lines as a loading or unloading device for panels, profiles, packs, etc. It is mainly applied for interlocking squaring, edging, spraying lines, and in general if a quick product handling is requested.

Technical details
This image highlights the precision engineering of the jet plus, crucial for its high speed. The gantry structure supports axes managed by brushless motors. Movement is made smooth and precise by recirculating ball guides and helical rack and pinion systems, enabling an unloading cycle of up to 14/15 cycles per minute.
Automatic lubrication guarantees maximum reliability and consistent performance over time.
