Vario – Bridge handling system for low loads

Automatic bridge mover equipped with two controlled axes, suitable for the handling of products, such as panels, parcels, sheets etc., for wood, glass, packaging sectors, and others, by means of suitable gripping systems, which can be fitted to the handler. Automatic collecting and depositing from one or more stations of origin to one or more stations of storage, according to the requested logics of operation. Vario is especially suitable to be used on production lines as a loader or unloader of panels, profiles, parcels, etc. Its main application is as enslavement to the squaring lines, edge banding, painting, packaging, assembly, quality control, and generally in case where you need to handle products with low weight, at medium speed and good precision.

Special application

This Vario bridge-type unloader automates the stacking process. Packages arrive on a conveyor belt, are aligned by a pusher, and picked up from above by special sponge grippers.
The machine precisely positions them on the pallet, automatically adding spacers between layers. When finished, it stops to allow for a pallet change.
