Up/Set-B-PA _ Panel turner

Upset-B-PA is a barrel tipper, so named for its shape and its operation; one rotating structure of two parallel rings, contains 2 overlapping roller conveyors, one of which is equipped with locking comb of panel.
This machine is suitable for the overturning of single panels or in composition in axis with the centerline of the arriving conveyor in a manner that, after the tipping, the same panels can move forward in axis on the same line of arrival.

Operation

The machine gets the panel (or a composition of panels) on the infeed side; it centers it on its trasport longitudinally blocking it with a special comb and rotate all the transport and blocking unit: after the comb opening, the panel is placed on the opposite rollerway below, ready to come out in one direction or another, according to the needs of the line.

Use

Upset-B-PA is generally used for tilting of panels on painting lines, where the painting of both sides of panels is required, but can it is suitable for other uses too.
The tilter can be used as a simple transfer, turning off the function of tipping.
