Upset-F-PA _ Overturner for panels with forks

Upset-F-PA is a tipper for panels equipped with forks. On this machine, during the overturning movement the piece being placed against the edge, moves laterally respect to the incoming line.

It can overturn single panels only, and is mainly suitable for large and medium-sized panels.

Operation

The machine receives the panel on the infeed roller conveyor, lifts it up and overturn it by means of 2 pairs of arms, usually pneumatic controlled, placing the panel on the side next to the infeed rolleway.

Use

Upset-F-PA is generally used to overturn panels on finishing and CNC lines, and whenever the processing on both sides is required.
