Profiles

Neomec designs customized systems for the handling and processing of profiles, integrating automation, loading/unloading, and station transition systems based on the line layout, quantities to be handled, and process phases. The solutions are suitable for a variety of sectors, from wood and furniture to glass, plastic, and metal, with configurations designed to handle profiles and strips in a controlled, consistent, and completely safe manner.

We have dedicated loaders/unloaders: versions for lightweight profiles with a maximum width of 150 or 300 mm and versions for heavy profiles/beams up to 200 mm.
For bulky or high-mass elements, we use 3-axis controlled loaders, capable of also handling associated beams or sheets.

The process involves brushing the profiles (and, if necessary, the edges and surfaces) to remove residue and improve profile coverage. This step stabilizes the adhesion of the paint coats and reduces recurring defects when batches change..

Yes. The cells are designed for interconnection and data acquisition from a PLC/machine; this allows for the connection of measurement/vision instruments, tracking of process parameters, and enabling diagnostics and reporting systems.
Data can be logged and shared with higher-level systems for quality audits and cycle optimization.

Neomec lines use conveyors and translation/positioning modules with distributed supports; gripping devices are selected based on surface area and cross-section (boxes, suction cups, mixed systems, grippers, and more) to minimize marks and micro-slippage.
When multiple stations need to be served with a single grip, we integrate a dedicated axis robot for more controlled and safe movements.
