For handling, Neomec offers a complete range of bridge/overhead crane handlers sized for any load capacity, which can be integrated with tilters and automatic overhead crane warehouses to feed panel beam saws or nesting lines.
The parts are handled with dedicated gripping systems chosen based on material and format; if necessary, anthropomorphic robots can be integrated, including on dedicated axes, to expand the usable area. For finishing, oscillating sprayers (single/dual arm) and Cartesian robots are available for panels, doors, and components; for profiles, lines with 2–4 tanks are available, including for UV coatings.
Upstream of the process, preparation is carried out with special brushing machines to improve adhesion and final quality.

The lines are custom-designed for panels, doors, profiles, and beams: from spraying with oscillating sprayers and a Cartesian robot with shape acquisition, to dedicated loading/unloading for light or heavy profiles.
The range also covers large/heavy parts, maintaining precise positioning and flow continuity.

We select the gripping device based on surface area, porosity, weight, and format: boxes, suction cups, mixed systems, and mechanical grippers.
At the line entrance, we use brushing and dusting machines to remove residue; when the edges are already painted, patented systems allow the panels to be separated directly from the stack before loading, limiting contact and defects.

Certainly. We will connect the cells to automated overhead crane warehouses to feed panel saws/nesting machines and create WIP buffers. Downstream of the single-sided machines, low-contact return systems (air curtain table with pusher, return conveyor, wheel/roller-belt sections) are available to preserve the fresh surface and maintain line speed.
